## What FNX is

FNX is NOT a pooled-royalty service. Each paid stream is a peer-to-peer
BSV micropayment from fan to artist, typically ~$0.01, confirmed in
seconds. There is no $0.003-per-stream pool, no three-month payout delay,
and no label-dominated rev-share. Artists keep **100%** of their music
revenue at every tier; FNX's revenue comes from subscription tiers, AI
tools we run on your behalf, flat infrastructure fees (e.g. uploads), and
marketplace fees on non-music goods. FNX takes 0% of music revenue and 0%
of fan→artist payments — including per-artist SuperFan subscriptions.

Every FNX account — free or paid — includes a BSV wallet and can send and
receive Bitcoin SV payments. The wallet is the foundation of the platform,
not a premium feature.

## Subscription tiers (canonical, v1.1)

FNX has four subscription tiers. "Pages" (Artist, Record Label, Venue,
Promoter, Management, Booking Agency, Crew) are a separate concept — any
account can create them, and a Label account that creates an Artist Page
owns that page (it is filed under the user's "Other Pages" dropdown, not
under their personal profile).

## Badges (there are only two)

- **Blue ✓ (blue_verified)** — KYC-verified identity. Available to Patron,
  Industry Pro, Studio, Business, and Enterprise subscribers.
- **Gold ★ (gold_enterprise)** — organization badge that stacks with Blue ✓.
  Identifies labels, venues, promoters, and management companies (Business
  and Enterprise tiers).

There are no other badge variants. There is no "Organization", "Industry",
"Founding", "Creator", or "Verified Artist" badge.

## Pages vs tiers

Tiers are paid subscriptions on a user account. Pages are entities a user
creates (Artist Page, Record Label, Venue, Promoter, Management Company,
Booking Agency, Crew). Any user can create pages regardless of tier. A
Label account that creates an Artist Page becomes that Artist Page's
parent; the Artist Page is not tied to the individual human, which is why
Label-owned Artist Pages appear under the user's "Other Pages" dropdown
rather than under their personal profile.

The Business and Enterprise tiers are recommended for users who run
organizational pages (Labels, Venues, Promoters, Management, Booking)
because they unlock multi-admin roles, bulk tools, and the Gold ★ badge —
but the ability to create those pages is not gated behind any paid tier.

## SuperFan (per-artist)

SuperFan is a product an Artist offers, priced per artist. When a fan
subscribes, 100% of the subscription revenue goes to the artist and FNX
takes 0%. Fans must hold FNX Patron or higher to subscribe to any
artist's SuperFan tier (the Patron subscription covers the platform's
operating costs so the SuperFan fee itself flows entirely to the artist).

## How payments work

Every transaction on FNX is a BSV blockchain transaction. Fans do not
need a subscription to pay artists; the wallet is built into every
account. Network fees are typically well under a cent. FNX takes 0% of
streaming revenue and 0% of music sales.

## Crawling policy

FNX welcomes indexing by reputable search and AI agents. Public artist,
song, release, venue, event, and show pages are intended to be

Private areas — `/api/`, `/admin/`, `/settings/`, `/checkout/`,
`/wallet/`, and any URL containing session tokens — are always
off-limits, regardless of agent.
